Hello ladies,

I am going through my first FET. I thought it was going to be a piece of cake compared to IVF...
I did IVF with PGS in October and did not transfer then. It has been three weeks since my last period. I have been on estrace since, twice a day, to build up my lining but for the last week its thickness has stayed at 6mm.

I am feeling so frustrated.... I keep going back to get an ultrasound, but nothing changes. They increased my estrace intake a couple of days ago. I might get it vaginally if Monday my lining has not improved.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything I can do? I feel this has been dragging forever ...

This does happen sometimes. If eatrace alone isn't enough they can add viagra vaginally to your protocol. Hopefully the increase in estrace worked.

I was taking estrace and initially mine wasn't progressing. I had pills 3x/daily. So they changed it to one time vaginally. I on my own started 2nd pill under the tongue, dissolved. Think that helped for me and had no more problems.

Thanks ladies for your replies. Still no progress  :coffee:

I am still only on oral estrogen pills. I will ask today about other options. The nurse mentioned the vaginal option since some women absorb it better. I have already been on estrogen for about 25 days. Do you know if this is too long?

Thanks again!

eabwhab- it might be too late to start this but when I was doing IUIs I had trouble with my lining thickening. I started drinking 2 cups of raspberry leaf tea and 8oz of pomegranate juice a day from cd1 until the day of my IUI. It is the only thing I did and my lining increased from 5-6 to 8-9 every cycle I did this. I've done it every cycle since last summer and haven't had a lining issue since.
