:) What makes you feel less broody?

Watched Marley & Me last night.. put me off more kids for a bit!

puppies! Got my first at 21 and my second at 22 they are 2 and 3 this year.

when im having a hard day with the children ive already got! 16,12,7 and 4. 2 step children at weekends! im also a childminder so it very mad here most days! and ive also got a lively puppy!! yes i am insane!!! and i am warn out at the end of each day. lol......but..... i love it!!!!! and cant wait to have a baby with my bf as we dont have any together so thats the reason why i/we want another.

Work! I work in a toy shop and it isn't ever the screaming kids that put me off. It's either the parents or the feeling of commercialism, like when people spend hundreds and hundreds on presents for the children and bring them up spoilt, as if possessions are all that matters to a child. Then I get home to OH and remember that I don't have to do that with our future children, all kids want is hugs, kisses, safety and security. And maybe a few toys here and there :p xx

When fighting with my 2yr old this morning to get her dressed I thought 'and I want another one of these?'

Two weeks ago I came in with my cousin when she was giving birth. Seeing it infront of you and how she was screaming of pain, ... it was such a strong feeling. Painful but also beautiful in its own way when she started crying of joy when she got the tiny boy in her arms... safe to say I was crying just as badly as she was!

But... that pain display only put me off for a day before I wanted it even more :baby:

Nothing, I have a puppy. Didnt make me feel any different! Lol. Wish it did.

And Marley & me has the opposite effect on me. Made me cry all the way through & sooooo broody it was unreal.

xx

Visiting my 18 month old twin niece & nephew at dinner time. It amazes me how far they can throw their food. They've started having tantrums now, which has definitely helped with the broodiness!

Gotta say I agree, I sat there wanting more babies and a puppy and a nice big house in the country lol.
I got a puppy (little JRT called Louie) but still waiting on the other 2 :flower:

I have the puppy (that is a little sh*t but I love him!), the house (sort of in the country ut not massive), now all I need is the kid (I only want one).

My life is then complete! Lol.

xxx

Well when I say waiting on the other two, I do already have one child but waiting for another and my new house which isnt in the country but in Cornwall you are only 5 minutes away from the country no matter where you are :haha:

Barbles, whereabouts in Cornwall are you? Little old world, I'm in Cornwall too :D

Anywho..

Maxs Temper Tantrums!

Remembering just how tired a human being can get in the newborn stages :coffee:

Some of the programmes on Cbeebies! :haha: Max doesnt watch much, but some of them drive me potty

Cannot wait though :cloud9:

I live in Redruth, well near it so not a million miles away from you :hugs:
All LO wants to watch at the moment is Zing Zillas, that new one with the monkeys  it does my head in.

I thank god she loves the Wiggles, I dont mind the Wiggles

Children tantruming on the bus LOL. The thought of pregancy ruining my body!

Very little puts me off! I didn't get any stretch marks with Poppy so my body is very much the same as pre pregnancy, labour was horrific but i know next time will be a section because of how awful labour with Poppy was-they won't let me do it again, i don't have a dog but i do have one baby, i always handled the sleeplessness well and even Poppys tantrums and those of my two year old niece don't put me off!

I suppose the thought of another bad pregnancy sort of makes me uneasy and also the fact that hubby works away so it could be quite difficult with two. Nothing eases my broodiness enough though! Haha! Mad baby lady!xxx

Kids throwing fits out in public. It's like I unconsciously close my legs tighter when I have to listen to kids screaming and throwing fits while I'm trying to eat a nice meal or enjoy a museum.

I have not found anything that makes me less broody. I have two grown up puppies (the youngest is 9 months) and if anything it has made me more broody! Especially now that they are reaching adulthood :baby:

When I work at the daycare portion of my work... mostly the toddler room. There are about 8 toddlers screaming their heads off around lunch time and I come in to do breaks and with just 2 adults (one trying to get lunch on the table) it gets really overwhelming! I don't know how mothers of multiples cope!
