Here is my list of presents so far for Ella. I'm a little concerned because although it sounds a lot. It looks terrible when put in a pile She is only 8 and I'm worried she won't understand the value of things

Justin Bieber tickets for febuary
Justin Bieber book
Justin Bieber CD
One direction book
One direction CD
Make a sock monkey
101 dalmations 1 and 2
Man united shirt
Man united watch
Joke book
Roald Dahl books

And her main present is a mobile phone (cheap one lol)

Does anyone else worry about the size of the pile ? I cannot justify spending anymore especially as she is one of 4

I worry about the size of the pile as well hun, it must be harder as they get older.

The list does look good to me and i think the JB tickets might make her happy enough alone but if you are concerned could you not pop into the £ shop and pick up a few little bits and bobs in there x

I honestly think thats a great list!
I also think she'll be so happy tinkering with her new mobile phone, she won't care! I know when I got my first mobile phone I just wanted to play on that!
Plus, JB tickets, she has something to look forward to.
Dont worry yourself, I'm sure she'll be over the moon xx

I think she will be well pleased with that hun, she has jb tickets and a mobile which are quite cool pressies for an 8yo. X

I think she will love it, as long as the other's piles aren't loads bigger than hers because she probably won't understand why hers is smaller xx

I worry about the size of the pile too. DD is only 2 and DS 6months so I can't imagine how stressful it must be buying for older children.

I think she'll love it and be absolutely over the moon with everything.

Can you wrap everything separately and bulk it all out in a big Santa sack?

I would wrap the JB tickets in a big box, maybe hidden in polystyrene or tissue paper. That way it will be an extra surprise plus it'll make her pile look bigger next to the other piles! I can remember this being done when i was little with a pair of expensive earrings!
