Little bumps on aerola swelling after nursing...looks like bug bites

Are they montgomery's tubercles? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Areolar_glands

They become more pronounced when breastfeeding. I have quite obvious and quite a few of them, others have less. I find feeding really easy and wonder if the fact they are pronounced helps.

Does it itch or hurt? If not like tulips said I think its normal. I get a little bump that swells up and hurts sometimes too and feels like a bug bite, ie itchy hot and sore. If I press firmly on that spot milk squirts out so it is obviously a build up of milk that isn't emptying from that spot well. I rub it and queeze it to express all the milk from that spot, preferably in a hot shower. Varying positions when feeding seems to help drain the breasts better.
