Ladies, well the title says it all really lol x My LO has recently naturally dropped a feed.

Is it possible to try and get her to drop the middle of night feed instead of her earlier one and if so how can i do this?

Thanks x

Sorry I cant help.

My Anna dropped the night feed around 10wks - but she is still waking me up all night with her restlessness and grunting!!:flower:

My LO has dropped to 4 bottles in a day and started waking in the night again for a few oz's.

I upped his daytime bottles to 8oz's instead of 7 and just stuck with it.

For the past 3 nights he has slept through so I'm hoping this is it & he carries on :)

If the night feed is well into the night - I'd say any time after 3am, you could try just not offering a feed in the night, and waiting until it's time to get up (which you might need to make a little earlier). Then offer the extra feed during the day. It might take 2-3 days to establish this, so be prepared for a couple of interrupted nights.

You should be prepared to offer the feed if she gets really upset about it though - some babies are easier to placate in the night than others, and she's not really old enough to leave crying for any length of time.
