LO throwing up formula

My LO has started throwing up formula, especially after his evening nap. He doesn't fuss or anything, it just flows out and then he's fine. Both DH and I have tried varies ways of feeding LO (short bursts of food and burping, long feed). I am not freaking out (yet) as he doesn't do it all the time, but it worries me.

My LO does this when he decides to poop mid feed it confused me at first but then I noticed poop[ in his nappy after the throwing up feeds I think the straining brings it up with him. Also my LO has reflux which made him throw up but that was all his feeds before he went on gaviscon for babies.

Charlie does this sometimes too. I was really worried at first but the health visitor seemed fine when I mentioned to her as he is putting on weight.

She just said it could be because he was constipated it did seem better after he poo'd and also he could just be drinking too fast?!
