As the title explains, I am loosing all of my symptoms.

This is how my last miscarriage started.
I woke up yesterday - no more breast tenderness, no more bloating, no more fatigue, no more food aversions. I was also very happy until yesterday and when I woke up I had really foul mood.

I feel devastated, went to my obgyn yesterday and had a scan but they could only see sac and given that I only ovulated on cd18/19 I am only 5+3/4 today so they weren't concerned. They said every pregnancy is different and symptoms come and go but I can't stop feeling bad. :nope:

I am almost certain that this pregnancy is over, just like my last.

Has anyone ever lost all their symptoms especially their very sore breasts and gone on to have a healthy baby?

First off, it's actually very normal to lose your symptoms. Each pregnancy is different so you may have one with strong symptoms from day one and the next will have not a symptom in sight except your bump. What may be happening is your body has just adjusted to the increased amount of hCG so you don't notice your symptoms as much but in another day or two, your levels will have increased enough for your symptoms to reappear until your body adjusts again. Most women will have days where their symptoms aren't as strong and their pregnancy is completely healthy.

Another thing to keep in mind is that stress and anxiety can mask your symptoms. I have a history of recurrent loss and my first 15 weeks are pretty much a solid panic attack. I also don't have very large hCG rises so my symptoms are pretty mild to begin with and coupled with my anxiety/worry, they disappear almost completely.

It's understandable why you'd be concerned right now but not all hope is lost. Hang in there and hopefully tomorrow your symptoms roar back in full force to ease your mind. :hugs:

I am 5+2 and went through this exact same thing last week. When I found out I was pregnant I had symptoms and then a few days later they were almost all gone. Similar to you - that had happened with my last miscarriage too so I was beyond stressed. My doctor ran blood tests to make sure everything was ok but before I even got the results the symptoms were back in full force and are still here. And the results were good! I know how frightening it is after a loss but hang in there. I'm sure your symptoms will be back before you know it!

Few slight symptoms are back... Still worried. I guess I won't calm down until I see that little heart beating - fingers crossed in one week at my scan!

How did your second scan go I have had the same thing happen empty sac at 5+3 and symptoms easing up.

Hi.
Scan went well, thank you. And there was a heartbeat too. Symptoms only really hit me just before 7 weeks and still come and go. I got used to it now but of course I am still very nervous, hope all is ok. Got my next scan December 3rd. Can't wait!

:hugs:

I've had two losses and two healthy pregnancies. I did loose symptoms before finding out about my losses but with my two pregnancies that went well my symptoms came and went too so it can be totally normal.
