losing mucous plug

for the past few weeks now i've been losing tiny bits of my mucous plug from time to time (nothing bigger than dime size). is this a sign that i could go into labor myself (when the time is right)? i was induced with my son and i'm really hoping to avoid that this time.

hi hun i been doin the same as u for wks and i had the bloody show at 32 and again at 38 wks but still no baby im due in 4 days and im bein induced because i went 14 days late last time and had a large baby so there inducing me on my due date wit this one well providing they have beds. i was so hoping bubs wud come on his own but cant c it happening m totaly fed up. x

No, some women just lose their mucus plug little by little.
It regenerates itself.
I wouldn't worry, unless there was blood in it.
