Life is just not fair sometimes 
I'm so sorry you lost your LO . Something similar h appended me this time last year , just at 12 weeks I spotted , went had scan all fine , 2 days later more spotting no hb could be found . No explanation . It was a really hard time . Be kind to yourself and give yourself time to grieve your loss . In time the good days start to outweigh the bad and you actually notice your smiling again
