Has anyone else shopped with 'Love Clothing' online?
I placed an order at the beginning of June..With next day delivery. I didnt receive it for 3 weeks!!! Then when it came it was too short so I returned it on the 9th July a few days after I received it. I still have the receipt from the post office to prove it.
Well by the 20th July I still hadn't heard anything about my return so I emailed them. They told me they hadn't received it yet but are expecting it in a few days and would email me..
It's now the 29th and still NOTHING!!
So I've wrote a strongly worded email saying I want my money back and I'm willing to provide the proof that I have returned it.
Has anyone else had any problems with them or is this just a one off?
