Low BBT ; ((((((

Hi, girls.

Last month I decided to start measuring my BBT again. What I mentioned straight away was that my BBT was low between 34 and 36 °C or 95F and 96.8 maybe 97F. I wander if this is because of my low AMH or I have other problem too. I hope this BBT does not stop me from getting pregnant .

I too have a low bbt, same ranges as yours. I have seen many fertility specialists over the last 6 years and asked them about this and they have all said that it is fine and the important part is seeing a temperature rise after ovulation.

Do it for a few cycles and make sure you get a temp rise. Make sure you do it at the same time each morning upon waking xxx
