I was wondering if I could have some feedback on my results. At 13dpo hcg was 70 and progesterone 176nmol/l (56ng/l). At 19dpo hcg was 425 and progesterone 76.6 (24ng/l). I have calculated this as a doubling time of 2.3 days. I was hoping for better than this. What do people think?
With that said, i am probably more concerned about my drop in progesterone. I decided to call my ob for a second opinion on my results. He said that my results are good, hcg rising nicely. He also said that my progesterone is still high, however because they have dropped he recommended I go onto progesterone pessaries which I am now taking.

I am quite anxious about this pregnancy and even though I have been told that results are good, I still can't help but worry about why there is such a big drop in the progesterone and i do wonder whether my hcg doubling rate should be higher this early in the pregnancy. I am also worried that the progesterone pessaries will now mask an impending miscarriage. Has anyone one got any personal experience which might shed some light on my situation?

I would really appreciate some input.

Thank you for reading.

Honestly a doubling rate of 2.3 days is pretty much spot on. If you are worried about your progesterone falling though, I'd speak to a doctor about your concerns. Progesterone at 70 sounds quite high though.

your progesterone is REALLY REALLY high. Mine was like 15 at 5 weeks!

both HCG and progesterone looks great to me.You should not worry.

My Hcg is not doubling even in 3 days :( only going up by 60%.May be I should worry

An update on me. Three days later my HCG was 472 and progesterone 150. Three days after that my HCG was 331 and I miscarried the following day.

Im sorry about this. Im thinking the progesterone is being measured differently from the USA. 150 is overyly high. maybe its lower in your area
