So, I've been diagnosed with low estrogen and progesterone, as well as a low ovarian reserve. I had a MMC last year, and ever since my cycles have been shorter/lighter, which is why I was tested. But up until now, I have still had a fairly regular, albeit short, cycle with a period every 22-25 days.
Well, AF was due about a week ago and just never came. All HPTs have been negative except for maybe one which had a super faint line a few days ago. After that maybe positive test all others have been negative. My beta test was also negative, so I'm pretty safe to assume I'm not pregnant.
I was told my progesterone is too low for AF to start on its own, so I'm guessing it will have to be induced. Since this is the first time ever I haven't started AF on my own, I don't know what to expect. Also, I'm having breast tenderness and cramping....feels like early pregnancy from what I remember. Are these symptoms normal to feel when a period is delayed due to hormonal stuff? Should I ask for a repeat blood test or ultrasound in a few weeks just to make sure? I'm just confused by infertility at this point.....
Thanks in advance!
