Lower abdo cramps 4+3

All day I have had full aching cramps to my lower abdomen. Not painful, just an ache. No bleeding/spotting, has anyone else had This? Should I be worried?

Cramping can be and is totally normal as long as there is no blood. Try not to worry too much about it. FX for you. If you do a search on B&B you will find tons of posts like this!

I am 4w6d and I have a lot of lower abdominal cramping. I read that it's our uteruses expanding.

Yep iv had this too. I now have a stitch like pain in my left side

I think the cramping, etc, is normal. It's good you're not spotting (though that can apparently be perfectly okay too).
