Lower back pain

I feel like such a wimp! I just changed our bedding and my lower back was hurting so much that I had to take a break mid way and now I'm finished I'm having a lay down! It's pretty painful. Thinking I might go for a bath to see if that helps.

Does anyone else get like this?

Yes!

What helps me the most is having my husband massage my low back with a frozen water bottle. The cold feels amazing and the rolling massage is so nice!

When he is not around, I use a heating pad. And lots of rest when possible!
