Lower right sided pain??

Very suddenly this morning i have lower right sided pain going through to back. Any idea what it could be?

Could be round ligament pain. I had it early on an sometimes felt like that. Call your doctor/mw if you're worried.

This is normal growing pain for me... Have you had an ultrasound yet?

Yes I've had an ultrasound and I'm well used to round ligament pain it's definitely not that. I had kidney stones in last pregnancy and I'm starting to think the pain is more like that.

Thanks hun I'll see what happens. It was excruciating last time. It's the same type of pain but not same intensity. Hubby is on nights at the moment so unless I'm dying I won't be able to get checked.

Plus last time all they did was admitted me gave me pethadeine and waited for it to pass.
