I was woken up by back pains followed by a Braxton hick. I then had the urge to poop so I went and it didn't help with my back pain. It's been an hour and hasn't let up... It almost feels like kidney stones or something. I've been trying to time my bh. It seems to be about every 8-10 min that they come. I was checked yesterday. I was 2.5cm dilated. What exactly is back labor suppose to feel like? I'm not sure if I should panic or not.
