MakeUp Tips Group*Celeb Pics pg 11*

Does anyone use False eyelashes, are they worth it, or should I just invest in a good mascara, my lashes are a good length but would like really long ones...

Also, how do you make small eyes appear bigger, mine sometimes end up looking smaller when applying eyeliner and eyeshadow?

False lashes are fantastic they make so much difference there nice if your going out but i wouldnt apply them every day like alot of my friends do

To make small eyes appear bigger bring the highlighter down into the corner of your eyes having a light shade in the corner widens your eyes, dont use dark colours in the rim of your eye that will only colose them even more use a white instead xx

I am pretty rubbish at keeping up with them though I have to admit. I love watching them but rarely try doing them myself - might try one next time I go on a night out.

I have only just got into falsh eyelashes - I wouldn't wear them everyday but on special occasions they really can make your eyes look fantastic. I tried some with diamontes attached when we went out a few weeks ago and they were great - only cheap ones from the £1 used with some MAC eyelash glue but they stayed on all night. This is a picture OI took of my eye with them on.

Absolutely use fake eyelashes if you want a dramatic difference in your lashes- in my experience, and I have used many, many mascaras.. the $5 ones, the $35 one... NONE will look as good as a set of well-applied fake lashes :)

Not sure what to say to make your eyes look bigger but I have small eyes and I apply a really light colour of eyeshadow in the inner corner of my eye and up from there sorta, and under my brow, it has to be really light though, like nearly the colour of your skin.. seems to make a difference for me! Also putting too much eyeshadow on or too dark of colours makes my eyes look smaller. And eyeliner on the top and bottom makes them look small also on me!

Scorpio - I love that Soap and Glory scrub it's amazing. I love their products, am slowly building up my collection so I have everything in their range! I treated myself to their Fab Pore 15 minute Face Mask which is SO good, the Glad Pits deodarant, Bubble bath as they were on 3 for 2 in Boots and they were doing an offer through boots.com where you got a free body scrub so got that too :)

See...they just brought this in at our Shoppers Drug Mart here. I just discovered it a few weeks ago and bought the mask out of a giftcard someone gave me. I LOVE it. I don't know if we have the entire collection or not but I asked for more of their products for Christmas! Did you try that slimming formula yet?

Clinique do this same powder and its great, u turn the top and it scrapes just enough powder away so lasts ages but wasnt sure whether to give the smashbox a go! Kx

Girls, I watched on Rachel Ray a couple of weeks ago a hair tip that uses make up :) If you haven't had your roots done and are going somewhere, you can spray eye shadow that roughly matches your hair colour with hairspray, then use a make up brush to apply it to your roots to cover them up! I'm not sure it would work with blonde over brown like I've got, buttt it covered up this woman's grey hair that she had been dying brown :) Apparently they use it on TV sets etc!

I have read that the Smashbox Foundation Primer posted above is meant t be great, I've been meaning to buy some for ages but not got round to it - in fact this has reminded me I need to get some :)

Ooo might give that a go then, just didnt wanna waste money if it was rubbish. Kx
