Hi,
Do any of you have mamas and papas sola with a buggy board? If so, are they good and where does the child stand as its one round handle bar? Thankyou :) x

I don't know the answer but I hope someone does as we also have a sola and want to get a buggy board for our toddler. We found one in mamas and papas that claims it fits 99% of all prams but it was about £55 full price so we didn't buy it. I guess they stand inside the handle bar?

Yes I'm guessing they stand inside the bar aswell? Lol

Actually looking at these pics from online of the board, it looks like the board would extend out behind the handle bar...

Lol we were right first time, just found this info too:

Brake:* The BuggyBoard needs to be lifted to apply the parking-brake.

Child's Comfort:* We do not recommend that your child's head be positioned behind the handlebars, however your child can stand up straight so they will probably be comfortable.

Child Comfort Notes:* Position handle bar upwards

So does that mean they can stand inside the bar? X

Hmm I'm really not sure as they are saying its not recommended to have the childs head behind the handle bar, I guess that depends whether they are facing forward or facing you! I wonder if there is any chance of getting one out in the shop and having a look?

Well if it says...Child's Comfort:* We do not recommend that your child's head be positioned behind the handlebars, however your child can stand up straight so they will probably be comfortable.
It says about the child standing up straight so I guess that means inside the bar? As there wouldn't be enough room if they were on the outside.

I think your right. I googled some pictures and although there aren't any of the sola, with similar prams the child stands inside the handle bar

Ok that's good lol i really hope it does fit cos I've got my heart set on that pushchair now :)

Hello everyone I was wondering if its any good overall for infant and onwards, coz Love the model with the green color. I dont have a drivers and so I walk and take the bus all the time many thanks :)

I have the sola with a lascal buggy board. It fits fine and you can still apply the brake with the board attached. We have only used it with the seat parent facing but my toddler stands quite comfortably and he stands with his head between the handlebars. Hope that helps!

Great info thanks Angua :)

Vinterlilja, I have the green one and we had it for ds from birth. We love the pram, it was brill when he was a newborn and it's still plenty big enough for him now at nearly two. The basket at the bottom is great for shopping and its easy to steer and very manouvrable. The only thing you may need to consider is how wide the back wheels are apart as you said you were getting on and off buses. Also it doesn't fold up very small.
