Are there any special devices I can ask my ob for? I had very terrible spd with my last pregnancy and to top it off I have hip problems already. I didn't do anything special about it last time, just suffered through the pain. I don't want to go through that again. I'm only 7w3d and my doctor has already referred me to a physical therapist which I begin next week. I just wanted to know if there's any special support braces or anything that I could inquire about on my next visit?

You can ask about a sacroiliac joint belt. The therapist will likely suggest this. There is a pretty extensive thread on this topic already that was going just a few days back. Might be worth checking out. Good luck!
