After 18 months of ttc and being told two weeks ago at the fertility clinic that IVF would be our only hope we got a BFP today.......I had my HSG 2 weeks ago and they told me then that this could be the month as it clears everything else out of your tubes but given DH semen analysis we didn't think it would be possible!
I know while we have been ttc i have never believed it would be possible to get our BFP naturally but i am overwhelmed that we have!
We are only 4 weeks but already we've told the key people in our lives - the more we can enjoy after all this waiting the better!

. Wishing you a H&H 9 months. But how did you find this thread, did you realise its from March last year lol? I'm still waiting for my BFP from this thread 
. After 18months myself its great to hear natural BFP's can still happen
