Hi ladies, can anyone please tell me whether or not you have to delcare MA to tax credits, and if you do, how much do you have to declare?

I know with SMP, you don't declare the first £100 a week, but I haven't got a clue about MA and can't find the answer to my question anywhere else.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help :)

it's the same as with SMP, you don't declare the £100.

I don't think you do but best thing is to call and tell them.

This is what I did and they just said I don't need to declare it as Im still classed as working ? Im self employed though so not sure if that counts.

All I know is that ive done my bit and informed them and apparently it makes no difference to our tax credits.
