Maternity Leave Sticky?

Not sure if this can be done, but I've seen a few threads about people asking about maternity leave. And since it can vary soooo much from county to country and from state to state in the US, I thought maybe it would be helpful for women to have a sticky by Country and/or State.

Seems like it might be a lot of work, but lots of women have had babies on this board and took maternity leave - maybe they can shed some light as to what they've learned (and what they could have done differently).

Each forum is allocated 3 sticky threads - 5 at a push. This isn't something I would consider sticky material also not forgetting information/advice would be lost and everyone's circumstances are differerent.
