Had a repeat colposcopy booked for 4th June, but cycles are a bit shot after everything so had to phone to postpone it as think thats when:witch: will be here. Anyway, my appointment letter was in with my maternity notes, when I went to get it to call them I couldn't help but read through all the EPU notes and all the pages that never got filled in because my little one didn't make it to my 1st scan booked for 12 wks. So I just sat and cried and cried and have been tearful since. It's three months on now.
So long story short - what did you do with yours? Do we need them? Will anyone ever want to see them?
I'm not sure I can bring myself to get rid of them anyway.

oh sweetie - I'm sorry that they upset you. I kept mine too, they are hidden in a cupboard somewhere......I cant face them.

I dont technically think you ever need them again, but like you, I cant bring myself to throw them away.

You will never forget your little one, but in time, the pain does start to ease a little bit more each day. keep them somewhere safe for now, and when you are ready, or when you are pg again, you can decide what to do with them.

Big hugs

Laura xx

i didnt get my notes back after my scan yesterday showed baby had stopped growing xxx

:hugs: I am so sorry for your loss, its such a distressing time.
I only got my notes because I had a hideous time at the EPU they got things quite badly wrong first visit so I got my notes to discuss with my GP. You don't need them if you had a good doctor.

Oh dear, typing after a glass of wine, :dohh: I made it sound like they got their diagnosis wrong - they didn't - it was just other stuff.
