Maximum darkness on FRER?

I know some of you POAS addicts out there can answer this for me. After my 5th IVF, I got a faint + on 11dpo. I'm 23dpo today and still poas daily even though my betas have been doubling perfectly (although started out relatively low). I go for an u/s next Friday. But my question is, how dark can that line get?? Have any of you poas this far down the line just to see the progression and to make sure that you were "still pregnant"? Did the test line eventually not get any darker?

I havent used FRERs for this (my goodness they wouldnt be cheap) but I have used internet cheapies and they can go even darker than the control line, once i got to 8 weeks they began to get faint again, but everythings fine.

I know! I have spent a fortune! I also tried the internet cheapies early on, but there was no consistency. My line is definitely darker than the control line now. It has been for several days, but up until today, it kept getting darker. Today's seems almost identical to yesterday's.

Hi Hatzy! Guilty!! I pee'd on a total of 16 FRER and 2 CB digi's!! The darkest line I ever got was a bit darker than the control line and came up in half a second!! I mean literally before the wee could even get near the control line area, the test line was dark! At 7wks my husband finally said enough woman!!!! Ha!! Huge congrats on your BFP!!!!

Haha too funny! DH keep saying, "Step away from the pee stick!" My line is the same right now. The second the pee hits the window, the line appears and it takes a few more seconds before the control line even shows up. But it does bring me peace of mind, so a few more can't hurt
