Mayan gender test

This was my first time hearing of this test. So far it has worked for my two children. Im not sure if there is a correlation between this test and the chineese gender test but here it is...
Remember this is just for fun.

Mayan Gender Test
The ancient Mayans were ahead of their time, especially with astronomy and math. They developed a gender test which took into account the year of conception, and the mother's age at the time of conception.
• It's a baby girl if both numbers are even, or if both are odd. For instance, if you conceived while you were 32 in the year 2008, then you are having a baby girl. Also, if you conceived in 2007 while you were 29, you are having a baby girl.
• It's a baby boy if one of the numbers is odd, and the other is even. For instance if you conceived while you were 25 in the year 2008, then you are having a baby boy.

Ooh I've not seen this before. It's actually correct for me, infact I've done a few gender tests and I think this is the only one which has been right so far.

EDIT: Oh bugger just realised I worked it out wrong, it's actually wrong for me!!

2011 and 30 - and a girl - so no go for me The Chinese predictor is wrong for me too and has been for all 3 of my kids!

For dd the numbers would be 25 and 2010.... So wrong. For this pregnancy which I've been told us a boy (with very obvious ultrasound pics) the numbers are 27 and 2011... So wrong again!!!

DS1 was 2006 and 21, so right, DS2 was 2007 and 23, so wrong, and DS3 was 2008 and 24, so also wrong. This one is 2011 and 27, so should be girl, but we'll see. (I hope it's right this time)

It would appear to be correct for my kidlets so far. Of course this baby is only 85% certainty of being a girl.

My son was conceived 2004 and I was 23 so that's true for him and this time I am having a girl and she was conceived 2011 and I was 31 so true for that one too....

This is one of the rare ones that is right for me, 24 and 2011 so boy and he's a boy!
