Maybe a chance to change things

Iv been given a chance to maybe change things.. the PCT have invited me and my OH to a equality impact assessment meeting. A chance for the PCT to justify the reasoning for why they have there rules, and a chance for anyone there to put over there side... maybe just maybe i can make a difference.
