Mayhem Babies! May 2011 mummies and babies

:hugs: hun

I know how lonely it can be sometimes, but I chose this way pf life, must be hard having him there in person but not soul xxxx

:hugs: wiggler.

When you do pelvic floor exercises are you squeezing your bum muscles too or just the front ones in? xx

Mummy- what?!! did you follow directions carefully? I've read many places on the pill packet, "take at the same time of day"
also, what kind of headaches? I suffer from migraines and found that most pills made them worse- really hoping this isn't the case!

ugh, we want a 2nd one, but not yet! and condoms are annoying!

definitely plan a date night, Wiggler. My parents are coming this week so hubby and I can go out to a movie.

I squeeze the bum muscles too, my physio told me to srat the squeeze at the bum, and bring it to the front, then imagine you are going up a lift, first floor, second floor and third floor so tighten your muscles up each floor, then slowly release, she said PFE are nowwhere near as effective if you just let go. sorry its a strange explenation, but thats how I was told, I can get them up to the second floor at the moment, nearly to the third.

I would just be happy with the occasional hug or kiss, not cos I ask, but cos he wants to

Excellent, I am doing them right then. :D xx

Oh, I was also told do NOT tighten your tummy muscles at all when doing PFE, I do it naturally, and it took ages to get out of the habit. lol

I can do it without tightening my tummy muscles, but my bum muscles naturall tighten and when they do the front ones I can pull tighter than if I leave the bum muscles loose. xx

I'm really happy with how my PFE are, I think I would seriously damage a drs finger if I did one during a pelvic exam  :haha:

Sorry, had to go sort out misbehaving children lol.

Wiggler:hugs: My DH works long long hours so I barely get any time with him so I can understand, all I can say is grap any spare minutes you can.

New, dont mind me I get pregnant on most birth controls:dohh:

Soph I took it at 7am every morning, had an alarm. Started at 10 weeks pp and 2 weeks later it brought on my af :( Pregnant within 9 months on it. I get headaches anyway but this defo didnt help. Enjoy date night:flower:

Another ? for you Mummy... Did the pills make af come? I'd rather avoid her for as long as possible :haha:

Just talked to OH and he said he would put in more of an effort, fingers crossed he does

Well, I got another random kiss as he was leaving for work, he even said "I love you" :happydance: looks like our chat last nigth helped.

Whats everyone up to today? I have my HS volunteer coming over in an hour and I think we are going to go shopping, the only supermarkets in walking distance are Waitrose and M&S so looks like I'm eating posh style this week  Waitrose do amazing reductions though, I once nabbed a load of stuff at 9p each, fingers crossed I can grab a few bargains today, might be too early though.

Bethany is much more awake today which is lovely, Dylan woke up at 5am and has been so naughty this morning! He is calming down now, he is showing Bethany his Zingzilla book :cloud9:

I suppose I should get on with the housework now... Yawn! :haha:

sophie- I was on the mini pill before i started ttc. It can make your period come but after i'd been on them for a month or 2 i stopped getting them altogether which was quite nice!

Josh did another 10:15pm to 5am sleep and then went back down until 8:30am! So nice to get some long stretches. Going to take him to the health visitor and get him weighed today.

Housework done, expressing done, hair and makeup done now for Sam to wake up for a feed and then were off shopping. :D:D

Sounds like a good day Wiggler, I'm picking up our dinner in M&S so were all being posh birds today. xx

Very jealous of that sleep meow!! Well done Josh!! xx

Glad your OH was more romantic this morning wiggler :hugs: Hope Dylan calms down for you!

Wow Josh is really settling into a good sleep routine, nice one hun!

24 seems we both had a busy morning lol Ive done the housework, laundry on the line, dry laundry kept, filing done and the dishes all done lol Although George did demand his feed mid way and I had to make him wait or I wouldnt have gone back to the jobs lol He wasnt waiting long, but he's fed well and asleep now :) Enjoy your shopping hun!

Joshua learnt a lesson today. He wanted to hold George but he wasnt ready for school so I told him to get ready first. By time he was ready George was semi asleep and settled but Joshua kicked off when I said we best leave him, so I let him pick him up and sit him on his knee. As predicted, george kicked off. So Joshua said 'awww do you want your mummy little brother' so I said no way Im not ready, and told Joshua he had to deal with him as I had told him to leave him alone lol Once I was ready, Joshua looked very stressed, but fair play he tried everything singing, reading, rocking, bouncing lol so I asked if he had learnt a lesson, when George is settled its best to leave him, he said yes so I took George and settled him back down  Hopefully that'll put an end to the poking of the moses basket etc lol

Received some of the items for Joshua's Communion this morning, gutted the trinket box I ordered for his Rosary beads isnt as described (damm ebay!!) and to return it Id be expected to pay return postage, so I'd end up at a loss I think its quite heavy so going to keep it, not sure if I'll be using it though. I sent an email to the ebay shop and told them they wont be receiving positive feedback :haha: Oh and Georges mug has arrived for OH, only ordered it yesterday morning too lol So all in all not bad, just waiting for Joshuas Communion shirt and tie now, cant wait to see him all dressed in his complete suit hehe

Right time for breakfast now me thinks lol

Sounds like some busy days going on,

Meow, what a great sleeper you have! Good luck with the weigh in. How you feeling now hun?

Wiggler :happydance: lovely to hear you so happy, so glad your OH is making the changes. Have fun bargain hunting!

24, hope you got a good night. Have a good day.

new  I had the same thing happen with my almost 7 year old, just as I got in the shower she woke Eilidh so I told her to deal with it, 10 mins later I come through and shes walking an again asleep baby so no real lesson learnt:dohh:
That sucks about ebay, I'm sorry.

Eilidh's just enjoying her 3am feed, me thinks she looks kinda awake now. Dunno what we're doing today other than the usual housework, 100 degree weather for the next 2m at least so kinda stuck lol

im making the most of the sun peeping out, its not amazing, but its nice so just put all the towels in the machine to wash and go out on the line lol Only problem is, Ive done 2 loads of regular washing today and got it dry outside, plus 2/3 loads this last week which I dried in the drier, and now it all needs ironing  :dohh: I really should think of the long term effects of my great ideas lol

Haha, long ago I made a deal with DH that I'd sort the washing and drying but he had to iron, poor man thought he got a good deal:haha:

Baby went to sleeps o night night everyone:sleep:
