Mayhem Babies! May 2011 mummies and babies

I'm going to be TTC summer 2013 for April/May 2014 baby. :D xx

I'm not brave enough to have 2 kids bday in the same month, 2 lots of presents, 2 birthday parties all in the same month! Eek! I wouldn't mind a jan/feb baby though. I'm still shifting between WTT 2012 and 2013. It all depends on how things are. Ideally I would like a smaller age gap than I had with Dylan and Bethany, but as long as the age gap isn't bigger than 4 years I'm happy :)

Thanks guys, yeah shes 3 and a half months old nearly. How long is everyones babies? I just measured Eilidh to be just over 22in, is that at least decent?

Wiggler, yummy! We're making pizza here for tea too, I've already made the dough so half way there. Is feta cheese good? I've never tried it, although I do regularly make lasagne/cannelloni with spinach and ricotta cheese.

24:happydance:

New, you can sell all your mat clothes then buy new in a smaller size ready for 2013:winkwink:

You'd hate my family set up, lol.

Zoe and I are both March, Isaiah is December, and Mike and Anberlin are both May.

I have a friend though whose twin girls were born on her son's second birthday.

I've never had feta before either, But I bought a load of it. I have never had ricotta before as well, and all the recipes I see say I need that, but I want to use the feta. Do you guys know how I can use brie? I got a load of it, but not sure how to use it. I was thinking of using it with my other cheeses in a 4 cheese mac and cheese with grana padano, smoked cheese and cheddar. Do you ladies think that would be nice?

Brandi - Eek!!!! 3 kids with the same Bday? I seriously would hate that!

24 did you editted that? lol

Im not sure what trouble is in inches, but 22" for her weighjt is definitely good, she sounds to be long and light :)

I'm more than likely going to be ttc in 2013 too! I'll prob be trying for a late 2013/early 2014 baby. I don't want too close a gap, me and my sister have nearly 3 years between us and mum said it worked well.

 you not thinking this home cooking lark is healthy are you? How many cheeses! lol Errmmmm not sure what you can do with brie. Feta is supposed to be nice in salads. Im not a cheese fan, cheddar is about my limit lol

Some of the stuff I make is healthy, but its all healthier than the shit we used to eat, no additives and preservatives :haha: I <3 cheese.

Did you see the cheesey pasta thing they made on This Morning this week? i was so thinking of you when he was making it lol

nopes, I'm going to have to look it up. Mmmm, pasta :cloud9:

Saying that, I don't really eat that much pasta now :( I'm trying to make our diet really varied. I have noticed a HUGE improvement in Dylans temperament and behaviour since we have switched too 100% home cooked food. I am cooking quite fatty stuff though, poor little guy looks like he is wasting away even though he eats LOADS! I must remember to give myself smaller portions

Mmmmm brie:cloud9: Cant beat it in a toastie with cranberry sauce but thats more a xmas thing. If you get the wheel, you can bake it then dip bread in it.

What does everyone think of a xmas baby? I figured if i ttc around june 2013 then with my history thats a fair possibility. Right now we have birthdays, January, September, August and March so pretty spread out.

|gino (id eat him mmmm) said it was better than any mac and cheese crap lol Also said it was fantastico for a great sex life

Wouldnt you prefer to aim for November, Christmas will be expensive enough lolol I cant believe you are all thinking about your next babies lol I mean Im loving the practice with OH ;) rofl but nooooooooo no pitter patter lol

Wiggler- smoked cheese isnt good for mac n cheese cuz its processed and doesn't melt well... good cheese for mac n cheese is gruyere, cheddar, fontina, emmental, morbier... Feta cheese is a saltier goat cheese.. brie wouldnt be good for the mac n cheese either, brie is good with pears or apples in salads or doing like a chicken cutlet roll stuffed with brie and ham/proscuitto ... or a puff pastry with the brie.

Thanks hopeful, you have just saved me from culinary disaster. Hmm I will make 2 cheese mac and cheese with a delish feta salad :cloud9:

Here theres a huge sale at end of november after thanksgiving, I'm going to use it to buy xmas gifts lol could just add new lol's gifts to that list, if did november may miss it:haha:

Hopeful, the chicken sounds delish! Cant say I'm a big fan of mac n cheese though, its a bit too cheesy

wiggler- you're very welcome! gruyere and emmental is just a type of swiss, so generally swiss.cheddar is the best mix for mac n cheese and a lot cheaper than the others. Feta is amazing in salad if you chop some strawberries, tangerine slices, or pears with tomatoes or cucumbers with like a raspberry wine vinaigrette.. its refreshing and great for summer.
