Mayhem Babies! May 2011 mummies and babies

Thanks hun!! Hope the physic goes well

Wow its been one of THEM days today! George narky and clingy, Joshua narky and moody arghhhh started the dishes, ran out of washing up liquid, started the laundry, f*ck knows how George manages to throw a toy hit a glass and send it flying, smashed glass right where the laundry was... so needed to go through every item bit by bit!

However, I have now done the kitchen, barr a few dishes (need washing up liquid remember lol), washing machine is on, airer is dring the first load, living room is tidied, both boys fed and watered and George is finally asleep, joshua with his toys and i have 5 minutes to myself! Was going to do the ironing but thought id come say hi here instead lolol

Brandi love that picture saw it on FB its adorable xxx

We're having christmas with my family today- must wrap all the presents first and hbby will be off having the brakes redone on the van and Bethy will be sitting finals at school- so all me and the girls  I can't even imagine what they will turn out like! :xmas2::xmas10::xmas10::xmas13:

I want today to be a happy day so I am holding in all my early morning frustrations, but I may need another cup of tea and a smoke or six before the mood I am trying to project actually catches p to me :xmas18: I feel like the friggin grinch today :xmas18:

Speaking of birthdays, anyone know what they are getting LOs? Or what have yo already gotten? we will be buying a ball pit and balls starting in January (spread out for months) :happydance: I can't decide which one I like better though
This one is HUGE and would fill their entire play space, but super cool

or something like this

or be practical and get a smalll one considering the space limits we have here

(I DO love the mushroom one- so cute! And at that price I could get them the baby pool also

Lol grinch:xmas13: :hugs: Hope you feel better soon hun! Good luck getting the pressies wrapped, and good luck to Bethy! What does she want to do after highschool? Ball pits a great idea, we have one here already for the older ones, might try Eilidh in it:thumbup: I like the first one you put up. For her first birthday, I think give her a cake and leave her to it:haha:

New, no problem, hopefully she'll have some helpful advice, she's really good with Eilidh:thumbup: How did he manage to throw?:dohh: Hope your boys cheer up hun!

Oh well got 3 1/2 hours till she gets here and got to keep the house tidy:help:

Oh heyy I like #2!! lol The first mushroom one is adorable too!!

George has got ermmm Winnie the Pooh mega blocks, ermmmmmm ermmmm ermmm nope brain not engaging lol - there are 3 gifts upstairs for him! lol OMG my brain is totally fried i cant reemember what Ive bought ha ha Im not sure what Ill be getting as his main present Im going to watch this space because you ladies are packed with awesome present tips and we all seem to be on pretty much same wavelength

I probably will stick to the mushroom one- we want to put a train table in their play space for train/cars obviously, but also for a doll house and a tabletop kitchen play set- also will be their eating table once able to sit and not be restrained= because we have such limited space, everything has to be multi functional! I do really want to get the mushroom pool, too- We are stuck in this hell hole oven apartment in the summer and when I have no help here really can't get out to go to the big pool with them- so I could put that on my porch for them to splash and play on to keep cool

Bethy wants to go to fashion school/art school and get a double degree in fashion design and photography. She's wanted the same thing since she was about 6 or 7, so I'll guess she'll stick to it!

I'm actually more excited to see what everyone bought the girls than anything I could possibly get for Christmas :xmas8::xmas12: Although I know my mom completely ignored the wish list and bought them something I told her I DO NOT WANT. :xmas18: Wonder if I'll be able to get the receipt off her :haha:

New- no good with the glass everywhere! :nope: I've had to sweep my kitchen floor 4x since yesterday (I broke 3 plates and the dog dish  ) I am so afraid of them crawling in there and getting cut!

 as soon as they can walk, I am finding a way to buy them this! I will encourage it to be their favorite toy! :haha: It actually picks up!!!!!!!

Luckily George cant get around and is never anywhere near the kitchen floor, but Joshua came hurtling through in bare feet and totally ignored me say wait outside :dohh: Im not entirely sure how George managed it, but he did lol

Makes a lot of sense to get a ball pit that can have multiple uses! We had the same idea witht he train table when Joshua was little, it was the only way to utilise space!! No doubt will have to come up with similar space saving ideas here for this one too!

:dohh: at your mam not getting off the wish list, parents huh! Mine do it too...ask what I want or what the kids want/need then buy something completely different lol Really hope you have a lovely afternoon with them :)

lolol heyy!!! Dyson do a litle one for toddlers that picks up too! lol

lol they only pick up certain things lol your best bet is to teach them how to use the big one!!! lol

Speaking of hoovers - I can hear or hoover going upstairs, Joshua must have cleaned his room without being asked to do so! Do you think a certain ho ho ho man is coming any time soon? lol

Contemplating sending hubby a telegram on Christmas- I ordered his service pins for him, but they wont be here for weeks- I laterally have NOTHING for him :dohh: and no way to go out and get anything! Maybe a candy gram???

oh yes that sounds delish

you could just make DH out an IOU... not saying what it is but a few little words to keep him thinking, but so he knows its on route :)

Joshua's bedroom is spotless!!!! I doubt I would have tidied it better! Amazed lol

Heyy love the idea of giving them little hoovers:haha: Go Bethany, bet that'll great fun to study! Candy gram:cloud9:

New, wow you got Joshua well trained!!

Disaster here lol, went to take Eilidh for a quick bath, get in and its full of toilet roll:wacko: swap to a shower, wash her and send her with Freja while I wash me and the toddlers, come through and Eilidhs crapped all over the living room rug:dohh: Great start:nope:

:happydance: I love the early get home days

Got everything out I need to wrap/assemble and realized A. I have no boxes or bags. B. I bought the wrong size frames for all the pictures I had printed for the grandparents and C. both girls were poopy and clambering for a nap. So mych for wrapping!
At this rate I'm going to put it all in one big santa sack and just hand them out :dohh:

have managed to loose a dvd, a pair of store made leg warmers, a pair of tights and a scarf I made for my FIL. FML. They are in this fucking disaster of a house SOMEWHERE, but I'll be damned if I can find them!
