Mayhem Babies! May 2011 mummies and babies

That uncertainancy isnt nice is it lol AFs aren't very nice or welcoming, but they are reassuring lol

Hmmm sleeping beauty is stirring, again! He doesnt want to be away from mummy tonight!

24- no period here yet either, just spotting, its sooooo annoying, I could cope with the spotting as long as the period pains buggered off.

I had spotting at the weekend, but no AF.... I've never had any unusual bleeding except when I was about eight weeks pregnant with Sam?! We last DTD last wednesday I think, so hopefully I'd get the correct answer by the weekend and I can stop flapping and just enjoy not having AF. xx

Wish I'd never got rid of all my IC's now, have to do the pregnancy test purchase plus Sam. xx

Send your hubby 24:winkwink:

New, you mean you haven't totally forgotten your labour pain yet?! Hope George settles for the night for you hun:hugs:

Ketchup crisps:cloud9:

I'm soooooooooooo hungry right now

I did all my tests to watch the line get darker well into my pregnancy  Is George about 13 weeks now hmmmmm that means I can be anything from 12 weeks

Grumpy is now very happy on the boob! Hopefully a full tummy will settle him back off, that combined with him having his own way and being back in my arms lol

Oh dont new. I think Sam was three weeks when we braved it, so er yeah.... :p I would love another baby, but I'd get no maternity leave this time and I couldnt afford anymore time off than January, and I hate the idea of people knowing it was an accident, because lets face it, you'd have to a lunatic to plan a second one already!! ;) Plus I want to enjoy Sam on his own for a little while!! Have said to OH he is on a ban until AF arrives now!! xx

Erm I remember some of it lol, I still remember crowning, although dont recall it being that bad  Oh and i remember some of the early labour, ha ha I remember calling the MW asking her why they took my legs off... lolol it was at that point they recommended I get on the bed - though I refused remember saying no way was I going on a bed it made labour go away lol

Why would you get no mat leave? Baby would be due feb-march so you could take mat leave from feb  you accumilate all work benefits while on mat leave which also includes the right to mat leave so long as you notify them you are pregnant by the 25th week lolol

Oh really?! I thought you had to have finished maternity leave so that you have worked up until your 25th week or something like that?! Oh well if thats the case then ban over. Off to check the direct.gov website now!! :D xx

Simplify this please new. :D

https://www.direct.gov.uk/en/MoneyT...pport/Expectingorbringingupchildren/DG_175884 xx

Yes double check but I am sure you can go straight back on maternity leave so long as you follow the usual proceedure of notifying them and sending the paperwork etc in lol I dont think you even have to go back in work, I think the 2 can after each other so start the new babies the day after Sams finishes :)

Simply - the law states you are classed as 'working' whilst on mat leave... this meaning you acculimate holidays the same as a working employee and are entitled to ALL other benefits. So for mat pay you need to be working for the employer for more than 26 weeks blah blah which you have been, and because you on mat leave you should be classed as working on the qualifying week. therefore you are entitled to full leave and pay for a 2nd baby

Well thats one worry taken away then if the virtually impossible could have happened. I'll be glad when I've just taken a test and can stop flapping!! xx

Just looked online and you can have mat leave straight away lol if the 2nd baby is born prem and cuts into 1st babies mat leave then automatically stops the first leave and starts the 2nd, but if you are still pregnant end of 1st mat leave so long as its 11 weeks before you due or less you can go straight into 2nd mat leave, although more advisable to take AL accrude from 1st mat leave then start 2nd one, or your HR may pay it you in full. but you entitled to full 39 weeks leave and pay for both pregnancies :)

Not that I plan to use it, but good to know, thanks new. :p xx

OMG!!! Im watching a programme about sextuplets (although 2 babies didnt survive) and the dad is out, the babies are sleeping and the mum is ironing - the dish towels!!!! FFS I dont have time to iron the clothes with 1 baby never mind the bloody dish towels! lol

katchup flavored chips??? that sounds about as appealing as that marmite stuff you lot were going on about!

The mat leave stuff is like a foreign language:haha:

I have 24 down as the first to have another baby!:muaha:
