Happy birthday Anja!!!

Night from hell last night, the buzzer went off at some ungodly hour, Bethany woke up every hour or so wanting booby juice, then fed constantly from 3.30-5, at 5 I gave her to OH so I could catch some sleep, only to be woken up at 5.30 cos she was crying her head off and OH was asleep on the sofa! GRRR, I'm so tired. She is still a grump today, I think she is having another growth spurt, she won't stop feeding!

The birthday party is going so well Anja loved her cake and pressies, she especially enjoyed singing happy birthday! Eilidh tasted a tiny bit of icing, lol I asked her nurse if it was ok and she laughed and said dont get her used to it New, nurse said same thing about rice so going to try baby cereal.

New, I'm a bit confused why 3 weeks? Cuddles, nice food and fun sounds like a fantastic plan, glad things are going so well with you guys.

So my MIL has gone for a dirty weekend hubby is horrified lol She's gone to palm springs to stay with the guy she dumped in college for hubbys dad, like 50 years ago.

Its 3 weeks until the kids go back to school! We obviously are seeing each other and doing small talk lol but we arent spending any quality adult time together. 3 weeks and 2 days and both boys are back in school leaving me OH and little George to have some us time lol

So glad Anja is having a fabby birthday Did Elidh like the icing? lol naughty naughty! I think she'll do well off the cereal hun, she has been on rice for a while so its a natural progression, she'll be ready for it

My nails are starting to come off Ive really liked having them too but now they are annoying where they are coming away at the tops grrrr lol

Im feeling very peckish and thirsty but nothing is taking my fancy! I picked at the sliced meat in the fridge, picked at Joshua's toast, picked at his sweets but its just not appealling lol The Milkyway buttons would be nice but will need a drink with them and really dont fancy anything to drink either arghhhh

I'm back! I finally got my laptop back, so I'm going to be able to chat a lot more now, well, when I'm not at placement...which is going well.

Aunt Flo has returned too...stupid bitch. She should have left me alone for a lot longer than 14.5 weeks. I suppose it's better than the 7 and 8 weeks she gave me the first two times, but dammit, I didn't miss the ugly red witch one freaking bit.

Mummy- Hubby works weekends in the kitchen and comes home beat up- and he's a priss about it these days- my days won't get better til Monday and than we'll start all over again on Friday (Oh, and the pastys were delicious, I'm quite proud of them as this was my first attempt!)

New- I didn't realize OH has a boy, too? How old? Do he and Joshua get along?

My baby sister (the one who is pregnant) is having a FAB week- she has been going through hell with a divorce (long story, but they've been split for years) and it finally went through! She and her boyfriend are heading to Tahoe in a few hours and getting married!

Yes OH has a boy too, same age as Joshua and they get on great, little do they know how well their mum/dad get on They bring out the worst in each other rofl, but are inseparable when they get together

Hey, hope the weekend passes quick to monday when your hubbys in a better mood for you! Yay for the pastys, they sound yummy. That sounds like such an awesome week for your sister, so exciting big congrats to her.

Eilidh loved the icing, probably a bit too much Hopefully it will help towards tuesday though.

Mil's dirty weekend has ended early, some sort of spat and her driving home early this morning I believe they are meeting up for his 70th soon though. I thought these things were meant to get easier as you get older?!

Come clean?? nooooooo lololol I guess there may come a day when we have to, rather them hear it from us than just find out, but both have been through so much and I dont want to make anything to serious for them, and I dont think he does either. Stupid really because his lad talks to me and we get on, and I know Joshua thinks the world of OH, maybe its just us grown ups witht he worries! Right now they dont know anything and all the variations in relationships work really well, I guess neither of us want to rock that boat!

Sorry your MILs break has been cut short, hope it was nothing serious. My nan and her friend always have spats, which have resulted in him being left in an airport before now lol Although my nan is a cow, poor guy should give her a one way ticket and wave farewell from the airport lol Dont think it gets any easier with age hun lol

Ive got an MRI scan of my brain in the morning, I had forgotten about it until just a few moments ago. I feel sick with worry about being in that tunnel thing, and the magnetic thing too. On top of that it can take up to an hour and Ive got both boys at the hospital with me, so I hope they'll be ok, really will have to time Georges feed spot on or it could get loud! Then I have an abdo scan on Tuesday to find out if these chest pains are gastro or not. I wont be able to eat for 6 hours, yikes! lol There was a time that would have been no problem, but not right now lolol

Oh not sure which Id prefer! Apparently they dont do smears as routine now after a baby?? I did ask at my 6 weeks appt but Im not due so they not doing one?! Hope it goes ok hun! Im thinking I need to get there quite early, give George a feed then pray there is no waiting around and back logs as I could be an hour and Joshua will be on his own with George!

New, good luck with the MRI, I had one about 2 months or so ago and it wasn't too bad, only took 20-30 mins although was claustrophobic lol. Watch out for the contrasts though as there are some they dont use while your bfing, I believe they didnt use contrast at all for mine. Hehe we have about 2/3rds of the cake left so there's plenty availible icing

Smear doesnt sound fun 24, they do them yearly here, I'm due next month.

I was told I'm only having one as I have just had Sam, and it should be done at 12 weeks - I'm sure they all just make up their own rules!! xx

What do you mean mummy? Will it effect my milk? Im not going ahead with it if it will! there was nothing on the mile long questionaire about breast feeding. Im nervous enough as it is, never mind to think it might actually cause more harm than good.

I asked about a smear, but was told it was not necessary and they dont do them after child birth now unless one is due! One rule for one area and another else where huh, I think they are routinely 3 yearly here??

He has a day off scheduled for 22nd, but we wont see him then as hes off for laser eye surgery, so who knows?! And hes off late now anyway tonight, YAWN!! Worth it on payday I suppose. xx
