Mayhem Babies! May 2011 mummies and babies

Brandi i did that for Joshua a couple of Christmass's ago, but he has seen the 'real' santa since then so cant do these things as he'll know its not real lol When we visted laplandUK they told the kids that they were trainee elves for the day, and at the end of the day were awarded their set of elf bells, they were told when they were older they would be needed to play santa in their local towns because santa was too busy, but to be able to help you have to have passed your elf training. I thought this was amazing, not only does Joshua not moider to see every santa grotto we pass lol but he doesnt question why they look so similar! He would definitely think that link was an elf, looks nothing like the real guy! ha ha! Joshua did try to catch santa out and spoke welsh with him  but then the elf said he didnt understand Welsh so please could both he and santa talk English so he didnt feel lonely lol

Harvey he is a bit cute huh! lol

George slept in till 10.55am arghhhhh Got to switch this bedtime round, he cant sit up all night and sleep all morning :dohh: How the heck did this happen?? lol

Haven't had time to catch up but we've put an offer in on the house! It should be accepted as we put 2 other lower ones in and they said no straight away. The repo company just needs to confirm with the bank!

Oh wow how exciting meow!!!

Did you look into the heating conversion?

morning ladies, wow new, george has some serious hamster pouches going on lol he is so cute. Noah used to have a routine like georges, we did everything we would usually do half hour earlier over a set time it did work in the end.

Glad your family christmas went ok hey, even if the presents u got werent great sounds like the kids got spoilt!

Well i've boight some hipp bedtime formula to try with william tonight as he is getting me up 2 times a night for feeds. At 6 months can i start trying the old no more milk you can have a drink of water to try to start getting him to sleep a bit longer so maybe we only do one night feed?
We did this far too late with noah and he still doesn't always sleep through!

I just stopped feeding Sam in the night Charlotte, and after a couple of nights, no more waking up. I know its different of BF, but as long as he eats and drinks enough in the day, he doesnt need milk at night, its just habit. xx

I have been so busy today, I fixed the washing machine (took 4 hours, but the problem was so simple lol) then put dinner in the slow cooker, then dismantled the 2 broken wardrobs, next I have to move all the bags of clothes out of the hallway, possible put all the add cuts of carpet we have down in the hallway so Dylan stops slipping over and then get the lounge ready to carpet tonight or tomorrow. I think I am going to sleep well :haha:

Good luck with breaking the habit charlotte! I need to sorted georges new habit out, quickly lol

glad sam is sleeping better for you 24!!!

Morning ladies!!

Mummy, how is the :bfp: coming along?

It's snowing here today. Yuck. I hate the snow.

What a smart kid, new! That is awesome that he tried to trick Santa. I usually only hear of the beard-pulling stunts.

Awesome news on the house, meow! Hope to see you back more soon.

I hope that :bfp: shows better for you today, mummy.

Sounds like a busy day, Wiggler!

Zoe's at school in her jammies. I spent $45 on her teachers yesterday because I didn't want her to be the butt that doesn't get her teachers anything. Unfortunately, she has 3, where the other kids have one, but I can't get for one and not the others, right? So, I bought them each $0.99 Lindt chocolates, and a$15 coffee card.

Mummy, did I mention that we're anxious for your :bfp: news?

 Brandi! I'm going in about an hour and should hopefully know by late afternoon, you'll be first to know:kiss: That was a lovely thing to do for Zoes teachers hun

Wtg with the house Meow:happydance:

You've been busy wiggler! Hows things with OH now?:hugs:

New, that was genius doing that with Joshua, wish I'd thought of something like that for Frejs before she stopped believing! I'd change his routine slowly while he's getting over the RSV and he'll want to feed more anyway to make up for what he lost:hugs: If you can try and keep him awake after 3pm until say 9ish and work towards getting him to sleep, this works with Eilidh but they can be whingy being awake then when not used to it, lots of distraction needed lol.

Heyy, glad you had fun! Good plan choosing your earrings and pics of the twins please:flower:

Got 2 grumpy kids and 2 hyper ones here, at least hubbys off! Although the poor guy was the one doing the night wakenings while I slept :D

Things with OH are not too bad, he still does my head in...

my knee is killing me :(

He wakes up and screams for it which makes it hard to not get up and get him a bottle :( he sinks upto 140z some nights, 1 bottle anytime between 10pm-1am the the very habitusl one sometime between 3-4am. but im hoping giving him the goodnight milk may make him sleep till 3-4am the i only have to get up once to feed him.

Would u believe both boys have colds?! they have only just got over the last which turned into bronchiolitis :(

whats this mummy?? have i missed something? sending lots of babydust if i have! stupid phone breaking lol

New when I started Sam's routine i made sure he woke from his last nap by 2.30 and then bed was 6.30 but he has now bought bedtime forward to 5.30?! :D

Fab presents Brandi!! xx

:hi: Charlotte

Aaron used to wake every 4 hours during night but since last week will now go down for 7-8 hours:happydance: I haven't changed any routine:shrug: he will nap for a couple hours on an evening then want to play for a couple of hours then the last bottle is when he sleeps longer:wacko:

Mummy- I hope you get the result you want:thumbup: at least you have variety with your kids and they aren't all whining together lol

I've had a lazy day, and forgot to go to the docs AGAIN for my thread bloods taken:dohh: honestly I can believe I forgot twice now! Ooh well I'll have to ring them next week and hope they give me a repeat of what I'm on, they'll have to lol

Hubby's brothers coming up for a few drinks later so we might get dominos:cloud9: as I haven't prepared owt for tea:winkwink::haha:

Aarons watching bananas in pyjamas and hasn't moved for an hour, mesmerised:baby: I've been wrapping more present and drew the line at wrapping my own off hubby:wacko:

Charlotte- what you missed is that Mummy had two inconclusive pee strips and one negative digi but then went in for a blood test an her HCG was 9- so super low but still THERE! Another blood test today to see if the numbers are rising or have disappeared- AND SHE'D BETTER POST AS SOON AS THE OFFICE CALLS WITH HER LAB RESULTS!!!

Oooh! sounds like it could poss be something then! i had LOADS of BFN's on strips with william. hope you get the news you want mummy :D

Harvey - you are so lucky!! lol something must suddenly be satisfying Aaron :) fingers crossed we hit the same soon cos working 11 hour days with 4 hours ish sleep is rubbish lol!

Sam just suddenly went from being like William to sleeping 5.30/6-7/8/9, so there is hope!! xx

ha ha yes she had better!! We are far more inportant that the hubby - we need to be the first to share this news! lol

Brandi what lovely gifts!!! I forgot to do the teacher this year :dohh: but Im sure they got loads and George was in hospital that day, my excuse and I am sticking to it! lol

Harvey hope you have a nice evening with drinks and pizza :)

24, George sleeps generally at 2.30-3.30 and thats it then until about 7.. least thats how is used to be lol now he sleeps at 7-8 but is awake again by 10 and is wide awake!! I cant make his bedtime before 7 as Joshua has so many evening committments, plus when I go back to work I wont pick him up from nursery until 6pm BUT he still shouldnt be waking at 10pm grrrrr Once he has to wake up at 6am for nursery or 8 for the school run he may go back to sleeping at night lol Ironically this new sleep pattern has only started during the school holidays (though he has been unwell too!).

Charlotte what is the good night milk hun? I hope it works for you! I hope both boys are feeling better very quickly hun.

How are the girls Heyy? hope they are feeling better, and their super mama too!

So mummy, any news yet??? lol

I been and paid my bills, got the rest of the stuff I need for my mum coming so i think we're organised, now I just need to find the house  I KNOW its under this laundry somewhere  I hope not to have to go out tomorrow, although Im still thinking I should get Joshua the Nerf gun off George that he wanted! Will see if I can get it without him noticing tomorrow, maybe once my mum comes and she can watch the boys :)

So George's throwing wasn't a one off yesterday! It was 100% fluke it hit a glass  but he has throwing to a tee!!! He has mastered throwing his dummy, I pick it up (benefit of the doubt he may have dropped it accidently lol) noooooo he takes it from me, looks and smiles and throws it.... then looks at me with a 'well go get it' look :haha: Little monkey!
