Mayhem Babies! May 2011 mummies and babies

Wiggler I highly doubt it will come to this, Ive seen people dodge the system and get away with far worse! Howcome you were paying weekly? I didnt think they still did that method? Your best bet is to set a DD up and then you never forget about it hun :hugs:

Well aparently by me admitting everything then signing the form (which I hve just found out was a contract) They are going to fine my arse off. Oh well, Its my own fault, I'll pay the fine then as soon as my BT vision contract is near the end I am going to cancel it, get rid of all broadcasting equipment, remove TVL implied right of access to my property and never watch live TV again. Was considering getting rid anyways :haha:

Apparently the average fine is £100-300, plus £60 court fees and £15 victim surcharge, they look at your income and outgoings and set you a repayment plan.

new - I set it up weekly because at that point my bankwas still charging me monthly, sending me into an unnaranged OD, so more charges each month etc etc, so I didn't have ANY DD's

Lying would have got you in a whole heap of bigger problems hun so you did the right thing!!

You still will need a TV licence if you download programmes to watch on the internet/games console! Check exactly what the law is before you make a hastey decision!

Okies so Im doing things a bit backwards here... I bought the cot before measure if it would fit, which we already know it doesnt, then sold the moses basket before making arrangements to get the cot to fit, now I have sold my bed, before finding a replacement lol.... hmmmmmm looks like me on the floor tonight but least George will have his lovely new cot to sleep in lol

Nope the law is if you watch TV as it is being shown on tv (at the same time it means) then you need a TV licence, I have no plans to, I plan on using catch up player :haha: Which is totally legal without a licence, you can own a TV with no licence as long as you are not watching live TV on it, which is fab, cos there is no way I am giving up my lovely TV :D I would be lost without my games :haha: I am such a nerd!

Be careful hun because IF you get convicted this time they will come down heavy next time, and I dont know the in's and out's but Im sure if you have the equipment to watch TV then you can face action, and you'd not be in any grounds to plead innocence with a previous conviction for not paying for your licence. Just check the facts and make sure you do what it is you need to, saves all the worry later on. I hate paying for my licence, especially when its all crap thats on the TV :haha: but for £11 a month it saves a lot of hassle!

It says in big bold letters on my paperwork if I watch TV as it is being broadcast unlicensed then I can be fined, I won't be doing that, everything I watch can be veiwed on catch up, plus this way the kids won't be watching TV too :haha:

Stupid flush on the loo is broken, water is just flowing straight into the loo, good thing we arent on a water meter :dohh:

OK, I'm now pretty pissed off with OH, he didn't seem particuarly bothered about today until I told him HE is paying for half the TV license and if I get fined HE is paying half as he watched the TV too, then he got all stroppy. I love him to bits, and I know he loves me but I so wish I could leave him most days, he lies, he break promises, he is lazy (I have changed address with all the poeple I have to apart from Tax credits co the agreement was that he would ring first, change the WTC then pass the phone to me or I freak out with their robot system and he hasn't sorted the gas and electric out, nor the water!!!!!) he hasn't even put the curtain pole up in the bedroom so I have to freeze my arse off every night, my delusional ideas of having another baby with him have gone straight out of the window, maybe one day I will be happy with someone who doesn't treat me like something nasty they trod in, I don't see it happening any time soon. I am just getting so fed up of crying :(

I'd be so wary of having another baby with him wiggler, no offence!! xx

I'm not going to now, he is horrible, why I love him I have no bloody idea. I would have left or kicked him out months ago if I wasn't so damn terrified of being alone and on benefis, I only have 3 IRL friends who I see less than once a month, I don't know anyone else and I am really socially awkward so can't see me making any new friends any time soon. he is the only regular adult human interaction I get apart from 2 hours a week with suzie, and that will stop in a few months.
My mum gets a phone call from me in tears about once a week BEGGING her to pick me and the kids up, but she doesn't have the room, thats the only way I would feel comfortable leaving.

Just be careful wiggler if you do decide to TTC. :hugs: Its easy to judge on what you read on the internet, and nothing is ever as black and white as it reads, but he should treat you, Dylan and Bethany so much better. xx

Wiggler Im so sorry you feel this way :( If you want to leave the longer you leave it the harder it will be. Maybe without him you'll have to be more sociable and it will boost your confidence. He constantly sounds like he puts you down and makes you unhappy, its no wonder you have little self belief, without him you can get that back xxx :hugs:

new - I know, but I really don't want to be alone, especially while we are paying off debt, I might consider going once I am debt free and have some savings, that would be more sensible, until then I am just going to keep the hell away from him x x x

You have to do what you are most comfortable with, but you have to think about your well being and that of the kids too! Only you know what it is like living together, but step back and ask yourself is it the best situation for the kids! If they are uneffected then great do it your way hun, but if that arrangement is effecting them then money isnt the be allhun, there are people and agencies that will help you and the kids and get you on your feet and in time you will find your self financially secure. I wouldnt money be the only reason to stay together thats all Im saying :hugs:

And nappy thongs... hun you are a crazy lady who searches out the craziest stuff :haha:

The kiddies LOVE OH being around, which is another thing that puts me off, he may not be an amazing dad, but Dylan worships the ground he walks on, and Bethany adores him too, I personally don't see why, but they do. But I am their favourite :smug:

You've eaten PASTA?! And no, it totally wouldn't surprise me :haha:
