I know, i know it's bad but i cannot help it. I love Mcdonalds sweet tea but now i feel guilty for having it. How bad is it? Anyone knows?:baby:

No idea!! Never tried it myself, I try not to go in there. Mmmmm McChicken Sandwich, really want one now.

Well tea does have caffeine in it so I wouldn't drink it all the time. That would really be the only concern to the baby. The sugar content....well that'd be a concern to your weight.

I live down in Georgia so I can't blame you on wanting that sweet tea LOL

I love there sweet tea too!!!! I haven't drank any since I got pregnant.. But it is soooooooooooo good!!

I'm almost 27 weeks along now and have allowed myself one lg. Sweet Tea from McDonalds a week, but no more  I didn't allow myself any until 25 weeks so it's a prefference I guess. I totally cut out all caffiene before.

Ugh.. this whole no caffeine thing is poopie.. i love my tea.. but Sonic is my downfall.. cherry limeades -- easy ice, extra cherry flavoring.. omg..

Now I want to go to McDonalds.. for a tea AND a cheesburger.. :dohh:

OK you guys are making me hungry with all your talk of McDo's!!

I cut down from 4 cups of coffee and 2 cups of tea a day to just one poor little cup of coffee every morning - read somewhere that one a day is ok...

Quite funny this morning, I buy my coffee from a certain coffee shop down the road and this morning my husband took the quicker road to work... when I started yelping and asking where he was going, he replied 'we're too late this morning for your coffee'... I don't think even dogs would've heard my reply to that... got an abrupt u-turn and my coffee... so my long answer to your short question is... I'm sure it's fine!!! :haha:

I have sweet tea once a week or so. We are allowed a certain amount of caffeine.

A large sweet tea has around 50-60 milligrams of caffeine

im hating my caffeine free tea :( so its been pop, lucozade and hot chocolates hahaha think shud just have the tea!

There are times I wish I was back in America!!! I really love McDonalds Sweet Tea. I can't wait until it gets warmer to make Sun Tea. MMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!! There are many things I miss from America.

BTW... I'm from Ohio, but currently life just outside of London, England.

One of my friends gets a sweet tea from there twice a day! I think it's gross! I like my tea with no sugar which is odd because I love love love soda!! Sweet tea totally is a southern thing. When I lived up north, no one had even heard of it really. You had to put sugar in it yourself. Down here they have it premade with tons of sugar! I remember making it when I worked at Starbucks. It was like a liter of tea with six cups of sugar in it or something like that!

I haven't had the McD's sweet tea. I live up in Georgia and I will only drink it homemade. (Haven't since preggers) Folks (commerically) just don't know how to make it right. Oh but I'm a soda feen myself

In Canada we call sweet tea "iced tea". Makes it annoying when I go to the States because I keep forgetting the iced tea there isn't sweetened! lol I "heart" Iced Tea (aka sweet tea). Unfortunately, it's become one of my aversions so I can't even be bad if I wanted to. And i want to. I miss it. But I guess it's for the best. Once baby is out I'm going to make up for lost time.

I just go nuts over iced tea lemonade onnomnom!

Me too! I love the one at Starbucks! It was getting sick after one of those that made me finally admit to myself that it was an aversion.

i drank a glass of sweet tea from mcdonalds occasionally during the first tri and my baby is healthy and growing up a storm still, i think a glass or two here and there won't hurt anything. =]
