Meal ideas needed using frozen cod fillets

As the title says really! Just looking for some new meal ideas that my oh, LO and me can all eat. I've got some frozen cod fillets but just looking for some ideas on how to cook them.

Also, I have frozen fish pie mix. The instructions state to cook from frozen but the recipes I use are ones that you use fresh fish with. Am I ok to defrost the fish and cook?

I'd have thought it'd be ok to defrost.

My older kids love fish like this:

Fry a clove of garlic and an onion in unsalted butter. Cut up potatoes and add to pot. Cover with water or baby chicken stock. Simmer til potatoes are almost done. Add fish and cook til fish is done. Mash together with a bit of milk/stock from the pan. Add some cheese if you like

You could cook it and flake it through risotto. Would keep the fish nice and moist and risotto rice is lovely and creamy. Also very easy for lo's to pick up if you are doing BLW.
