Last week I made this awesome all-in-one meal... Brown rice, black beans, cucumber, avocado, green bell pepper, fresh-squeezed lime juice, and grilled chicken! Took an hour to cook because of the black beans, but once everything was cut up and cooked, I mixed it all together then squeezed fresh lime juice, mixed again, and that's it. It was sooooo yummy! I'm definitely making it again this weekend, and it kept me very full.
