i am planning ahead for my meals and things so i dont go off track but i need some ideas for meals
breakfast under 200kcals
lunch under 300 kcals
dinner under 400 kcals
and 100kcals worth of snack through out day
i also get an allowance of 200kcals worth of milk to use aswel
any ideas?
 
BBC good food have a healthy section, shows how many cals etc in everything

Also have you tried my fitness pal, you can track your cals for the day.

Im sure 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk is under 200 or maybe 220.

Not sure about much else, haven't calorie counted for years. Sometimes womens magazines have diets in with calorie info. Sorry can't be more help.

I don't bother with brekkie so can't help there. For dinner i've found crackers with a low fat cream cheese and cucumber to be low calories and quite filling. For teas i've been leaving the carbs and just having lots of veg with a veg burger/cheese and brocolli bakes etc xx
