medication and weight gain??

For the past week I have been on two different antibiotics as well as ibruprofen/paracetamol and co codemol as I seem to have a severe ear infection(doc isn't sure so waiting on.blood results) but anyway I had been doing good with the weight loss of 1-2lbs a week but since last Tuesday I have put on 7lbs I haven't ate different,exercise slowed as my ear was making me dizzy and queasy but surely that wouldn't make me pile on half a stone?!? So I am now wondering if it's anything to do with all these pills?? My tummy is bloated like crazy and does resemble a 6months bump ha but.bloat wouldn't weigh that much surely? This sucks!!
