Medication FET

Hi

I've never done a FET transfer before & luckily have fallen pregnant, I'm taking 16mg (8 tablets) prognova & 1 cyclogest suppository 3 times a day, they increased my meds when I told the clinic I was pregnant, does anyone know whether I stay on these doses till I'm 12 weeks & do I need to come off them slowly?

Yep. You will stay on the progynova and progesterone support until 12 weeks pregnant when the placenta takes over. I was worried about coming off them but my ob assured me at 12 weeks the placenta was doing its job and to just stop the meds. All turned out fine. Some people do gradually come off them but I suppose it is up to your dr.
