I am currently following the rosemary conley diet of everything I eat cannot be anymore than 5g of fat per 100grams
I now know off the top of my head pretty much my whole shopping list, and the whole lot consists of food under 5g of fat per 100g. I did this diet 2 years ago for my wedding, and lost 2 stone, from a sized 20 to a small 14.
I am now an 18 after pregnancy, and since having Lylah 3 months ago I have lost 30lb exactly. My bmi is still 30.7, but its coming down. I am happy doing this diet, its worked for me in the past, I dont feel hungry,
I can still eat sweet things, I have a thing for sweet things like pink and whites and fab ice lollies..

and I can eat low fat crisps, lean meats, bread,
chinese/curry sauces for meat, potatos, cheese triangles, fruit and veg, milk, whip deserts etc. Loaaads of things except chocolate
But a treat here and there cant hurt lol
Now im on the bandwagon, I cant let myself fall off.
I gained 56lb during pregnancy
by 3 weeks post pregnancy I lost 23lb
by 8 weeks post pregnancy I have lost 28lb
by 12 weeks post pregnancy I have lost 30lb
by 14 weeks I have lost 32lb
