My colour scheme is baby blue. Oh is wearing a baby blue suit should the best man and ushers where a blue suit aswell or black suit with blue waistcoat and cravat? X

Up to you! I think both would look good

OH in blue suit with black/grey waistcoat and BM/Ushers black/grey suit blue waistcoat might look cool! Personally I would go with grey over black. It might not look so harsh against the soft blue.
