Not severe - but also feel really heavy on times down below like baby is gonna fall out!! Feeling sick a lot too!! Ahhh! I really don't feel like i'll know when i'm in labour

I've got a heavy feeling low down and have also been feeling queasy for a few days. I think its normal but I'm sure you'll know when you're in labour.
