Menu help Ideas NEEDED!!

HELLPPPPPP!!
Ok so spur of the moment a couple of weeks ago my DH invited his dad and brothers for xmas tea,now i',m not a bah humbug but i just cant think of good ideas so this is what i have so far
Cold turkey
cold pork
cheese
crackers
lemon meringue pie
cheesecake
cheese n onion rolls
pickles
sausage rolls
Any other ideas appreciated..
NOW for the tricly bit,DH invited mt Bro,SIL and neice for dinner BOXING DAY!!! GRRRR and this was yesterday(bloody bloke) bless him i know his intentions are sweet but i'm in a bit of a dilema,cos i dont want takeaway,boxing day is the day i dont cook(not gonna,cant make me )
LOL,they're having a buffett xmas tea so wont want sandwiches n stuff,so HELP!! Was thinking maybe pizza,quiche..and thats as far as my thought process will allow lol
any ideas Ladies??

scotch eggs, samosas, smoked salmon with cream cheese (for the posher option hehe), pate and crackers, pickles and cheese boards (maybe a ploughmans with turkey and ham), volavents (with a mixture of fillings), christmas triffle (boozy of course lol) xx
