Messed up cycles

Since January my periods have been all over the place and entirely unpredictable. In January I experienced bleeding 3 times that month, twice in February. In March I started to try and track my cycles a bit more.

My period started March 1st, then again on the 14th. This month my period started on the 4th, ended on the 7th, and started again today(19th). I'm sick of never knowing when it's going to start.

I came off of birth control in December, so I can only assume that's why everything is so messed up, but it still can't be normal. Or is it?

It can take a while for your hormones to regulate after been on the pill for a while.

But if your cycles are this short you could struggle to concieve as you will have a really short luteal phase. I would go to the doctors and see if they can run some tests.

Don't know what to say honey. I'm not on bc but AF is 3 weeks late even though i'm not pregnant. I don't know what to think! If i were you i'd go see a doctor xx

As much as I would love to go to the doctor, I currently lack health insurance. I just want my cycles back to normal!

Its really mad that you cant see a doctor unless you have insurance! God bless the NHS even though it is a bit crap sometimes.
