Metallic/Irony Taste...Or Maybe I'm Nuts

Hello,

I have had a slight metallic/ irony taste in my mouth for about 4 days now. About 10 minutes ago it got stronger. No idea when I ovulated, but I'm on CD 26 and the is due any day between CD27 and CD35. Oh, and i'm not testing until CD 36!

I'm not holding my breath and have been telling myself it's unlikely to be a BFP this month as it's our first month trying. It may well be my overactive imagination, but this is why I didn't share until juts now as i'm convinced the odd taste is real...

Now, I have heard that folic acid can create that taste too, which at least means i'm not going crazy

Any one else getting this 'cos of folic acid?? xx

I have the same thing happening, It just started today! I all of a sudden got this extreame taste of metal in my mouth, i couldnt eat anything without it tasting like i was sucking on metal ,I have no idea what it is Im not taking folic acid. But i hear it could a PG sign, although lots of things can be PG signs. Good luck to both of us!

I had metal taste in my mouth last year, but for me it was a tooth infection. FX for both of you!

i had a metal taste in my mouth last month but i wasnt preg unless it was a chemical.
