Middle names for baby boy

Hi ladies

I started a topic yesterday about 5 first names for our little boy. I think I'm going to stick with one of those 5 however can't think of any Middle names for any of them. The names are:

Harry
Charlie
Jacob
Oscar
Thomas

We have chosen oscar James for our boy name it flows nicely. And James is my husbands middle name

Since middle names aren't used very much I personally don't care much if it flows or matches the first name in style, etc. I just want something that will be more meaningful than the first name (which I want to love, want to sound good, want to give him/her the best chance in life etc). First names become incredibly meaningful as soon as the baby is born anyway, just for being our child

Anybody you might want to honour? Parents, grand-parents, historical figure, meaning of the name, childhood TV show character you adored, etc?

I agree with the above. I thought of strong women in history, or novels. Anything like that?
