hi all,
my lo has aptimal 1st, but im ondering should i change it to the follow on milk as i think it has added iron and vitamins in it, my lo is nearly 7 months.

You don't need to change to follow on if you're both happy on the current milk.

Follow on does have extra iron but if you're LO is having a well balanced and varied solid food diet then they should be getting all the iron needed.


However, saying that, we did change as we got coupons for the follow on milk so it worked out cheaper, plus we're doing BLW so I couldn't be sure how much iron she was actually getting from food.
