1 - Heat the oven to Mark 4/180c. Beat 150g Butter and 75g Sugar until pale and creamy. Sift in 225g Plain Flour and beat until combined. Tip the mixture into a 23X33cm tin. Press Lightly into the tin and prick all over with a fork;chill for 15 mins. Bake for 30 - 35 mins until it turns a pale biscuit colour. Cool in tin on a wire rack.
2 - Heat 450g jar Dulce De Leche for 1 min in the microwave, then pour over the shortbread and smooth over with a spatula. Allow to set, then pour over 250g Dark Chocolate, melted. Chill in the fridge until set.
