On the day I am due start af.. the 29th. I don't want to trick myself or get my hopes up. Can the cream make af come early? I have never had her come this early. Sometimes I would spot brown a few days before, but never starting this early.

well one sign (and not everyone gets this sign, i dont) but one sign of low progesterone is spotting. So if anything i would think you either still have low progesterone (it may take time to get your levels up) or possibly IB. Having normal progesterone levels shouldn't make you spotty. Some women spot when they ov. but you are past that so i wouldn't think that.

Well I had spotting only like a day or two before, and af immediately started.. I sure hope its IB. I also started taking vitamin c and baby Aspirin. The spotting is gone now.

ive heard good thing about that combo. Should def help.
